We are proud to announce that our Program Coordinator Katie Crocker, who helps oversee our Envision Success Project (ESP) among other extraordinary work, has won the Carroll Society Membership Award for 2024! This honor recognizes outstanding employees who are blind or visually impaired and who have made significant contributions to their field.
Alongside our Program Director Josh Pearson, who won the award last year, Katie works with students and underemployed young adults with visual disabilities to meet pre-employment transition goals and launch their careers. She has a significant hand in our Trades Win, Roadmap to College, Daily Living Toolbox, and Pathways to Employment programs and helped facilitate the creation of our Blindness and Low Vision Resource Guide by coordinating with the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind Region 4 Advisory Council.
